Users maintain full ownership and commercial rights to the thumbnails they generate utilizing our paid platform services. You represent and warrant that you hold the legal right to use any images, identities, or trademarks you upload as references for generation.

Kreator Flow maintains no ownership over the final rendered images you download or package via our software.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to generate deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, defamatory content, or content that directly infringes upon the copyright or personal safety of others. We reserve the right to instantly terminate accounts found violating these ethical standards without refund.

4. Billing and Refunds

Kreator Flow operates on a subscription or credit-based system. Due to the high computational costs of AI rendering pipelines, all sales are considered final unless covered under our specific 14-Day Guarantee parameters stated explicitly at checkout.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". While our engine is calibrated to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR), we make no direct guarantees or warranties regarding the actual performance, virality, or financial success of videos utilizing our thumbnails natively on third-party platforms like YouTube.
